Earl Horner was born in New Jersey, raised in Colorado, and moved to Sea Ranch in California where he attended high school. Earl attended Chico State University, majoring in Engineering.
At the age of 23, Earl became a licensed general building contractor. Earl started out doing general home building construction. While building homes, he started a second company, called EMH Excavation digging all types of swimming pools. At the age of 34, Earl started West Coast Fiberglass Pools. Earl is married with 4 grown children and resides in Sonoma County.
